Auto Body Tech / Custom Car Builder H.S. Customs -

Logan, Utah Pay:

$27 - $35 per hour (DOE) Build Award Winning Custom Cars. This is NOT an entry-level position. If you do not have professional autobody experience, please do not apply. We are looking for experienced craftsmen who can contribute immediately. At H.S. Customs , we are constantly pushing the limits of what's possible by combining classic craftsmanship with modern technology to create custom solutions that often have never been done before. We're a small, close-knit team that builds high-end custom cars and trucks from the ground up. Because we're a small shop, everyone wears multiple hats. You won't spend every day sanding the same panel or replacing the same bumper. One day you may be replacing quarter panels, the next helping fit body panels, assisting with fabrication, assembling a vehicle, or working alongside our paint, mechanical, or fabrication departments. If you're the type of person who enjoys the build, solving problems, and being involved in every stage of building a world-class custom vehicle, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Every day is different, but responsibilities may include:

• Sheet metal repair and replacement
• Bodywork and metal finishing
• Panel alignment and body gap correction
• Body filler, priming, and blocking
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Assisting with fabrication and custom modifications
• Working alongside painters, mechanics, and fabricators
• Helping wherever needed to keep projects moving forward
• Maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:
• Has professional autobody experience. Painting, Cut/Buff/Polishing and final assembly experience is a plus.
• Pays attention to the smallest details.
• Someone who can think 5 steps ahead in a project.
• Takes pride in producing exceptional work.
• Is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Enjoys variety instead of repetitive production work.
• Wants to continue learning and expanding their skills.
• Works well with a small team.
