Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tint and PPF Installer to join our dynamic automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying window tint, paint protection film (PPF), and other surface enhancement products to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets our high standards. Your expertise will help enhance vehicle aesthetics, protect surfaces, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Professionally install window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and related surface coatings on various vehicle types with attention to detail and quality standards Prepare vehicle surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal adhesion of films and coatings Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, spray guns, and airless paint sprayers to execute precise applications while maintaining safety protocols including respiratory protection Conduct vehicle inspections to identify repair needs or surface imperfections requiring additional work such as buffing or auto body refinishing Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including minor repairs, auto restoration procedures, and auto glass replacement as needed Follow dealership or shop procedures for surface preparation masking, sanding, and painting to achieve professional results Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Qualifications Proven experience in automotive tinting, PPF installation, or auto body repair with dealership experience preferred Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, grinders, buffing machines, and spray guns Familiarity with automotive surface preparation techniques such as sanding, masking, and painting/coating application Knowledge of auto restoration processes including auto painting and detailing is highly desirable Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during intricate installations Strong understanding of automotive buffing techniques and auto glass replacement procedures Experience with automotive estimating systems is a plus but not required Commitment to safety practices including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to environmental regulations Join us if you're passionate about automotive surface enhancement!
