Arlington Auto Services is looking for a skilled and reliable Auto Body / Collision Technician to join our team. We're seeking a professional with hands-on experience in vehicle body repair, preparation, and collision restoration who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and restore vehicle bodies to factory specifications Prepare vehicles for body repair, including sanding, grinding, masking, filling, and surface preparation Perform bodywork on damaged vehicles, including dent repair, panel repair, and replacement of damaged body components Diagnose and address structural and cosmetic damage Properly prepare repaired areas for primer and paint Ensure body panels are properly aligned and finished before vehicles move to the paint stage Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Follow proper repair procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Auto Body or Collision Technician Must have hands-on experience prepping and working on the body of vehicles Proficient with body repair tools, equipment, and repair techniques Experience with sanding, grinding, filling, panel repair, and surface preparation Ability to identify and properly repair cosmetic and structural damage Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering quality work Reliable, hardworking, and able to complete jobs in a timely manner

Preferred Experience:

Experience in a professional collision or auto body shop
