What You'll Do Wash and clean vehicles during the repair process and before delivery Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards Install emblems, stripes, tape, and other exterior components as needed Perform light buffing, overspray removal, and finishing tasks as trained Keep the detail bay, tools, equipment, and supplies clean and organized Help maintain inventory, receive orders, and support department readiness Complete end-of-day checks and help keep vehicles secure Communicate with team members and assist other departments as needed Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay organized and prioritize work based on delivery timing Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, washing, and moving around vehicles throughout the day Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work No prior experience required — training provided for the right candidate Prior automotive detailing, collision repair, buffing, overspray removal, or trim/emblem installation experience is a plus All new hires must complete a pre-employment drug screening Why Work at Sandrof Auto Body? As a detailer here, you are the ultimate support player. You wash cars so the planners can see the damage, but you will also be asked to step outside of just washing to help install emblems, buff panels, or assist the technicians.
