We are seeking a motivated, quality-driven professional who takes pride in producing safe, high-quality repairs while working efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs. Repair and replace damaged body panels. Complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly. Perform frame and unibody repairs when required. Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications. Maintain repair quality while meeting production goals. Work closely with estimators, production manager, and paint department. Complete repairs with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous collision repair experience required. I-CAR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain). Experience with aluminum repair is a plus. Ability to read repair orders and repair procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
