Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and refinishing tasks, including airless paint spraying, auto painting, and auto glass installation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair work.
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to complete complex repair projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair, specifically in auto body work, is required.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying, auto estimating, and heavy lifting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and structural components.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
