Friday Fiberglass Repair Responsibilities:
Cuts away damaged fiberglass. Smooths edges of painted surface. Paints, sands, and buffs. Masks surrounding undamaged surface. Cuts plastic separating film and tapes film to outside repair area. Mixes polyester resin and hardener according to specifications and applies mixture to repair area. Soaks matting in resin mixture and layers matting over repair area to specified thickness. Peels separating film from repair area and washes repair surface with water. Occasionally secures new panel to repair area. Applies and spreads body filler manually to re-establish surface. Manually files away excess filler to match original contour. Smooths filler. Cleans repair area with air tools. Follows all safety rules and directives

Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift. Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments. Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift
