Position Overview This is a flat rate position with potential to earn $100k to $150k per year. We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can repair collision damaged vehicles to the industry specific OEM procedures, Porsche and Audi certifications a plus. Whether the vehicle's damage is a simple or extensive repair, we want to hire simply the best of the best. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Refer to manufacturer repair procedures for proper/current procedure Full teardown/disassembly of vehicles Perform repairs as written on work order Ability to blueprint vehicle Fit, adjust parts; cut and weld replacement parts into place Use the frame rack to measure, pull & straighten as required Apply bondo to repair area Apply seam sealers and corrosion protection per manufacturer Test drive repaired vehicles to check for any issues, fault codes Quality check after repairs to make sure everything is working: lights, door locks, key fobs, windows, sensors, etc. Help to keep all vehicles on schedule for stated delivery date Participate in I-CAR and/or other Auto Body industry-required training. Maintain clean and organized work area
