M&S Collision LLC - Olympia/Lacey, WA $28-$35 per hour, depending on experience M&S Collision LLC is looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter to join our team. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented painter who can work independently and consistently produce high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities:

Perform automotive painting and refinishing Mix and match colors Apply base coat and clear coat Perform blending and spot repairs Prepare panels and vehicles for paint Inspect finished work for quality Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area Follow shop safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous automotive painting experience required Experience with collision repair and refinishing Strong color matching and blending skills Ability to work independently Attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and good work ethic Ability to work well with a team

Pay:

$28-$35/hour, depending on experience and skill level.

Schedule:
