In this role, you will utilize your expertise in automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and cosmetic refinishing to deliver exceptional results. Your skills in welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will ensure every vehicle is repaired efficiently and to the highest standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive repair equipment and contribute to customer satisfaction through quality workmanship. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural restoration using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment such as MIG welding and soldering techniques Conduct automotive welding repairs, fabrication, and assembly to restore vehicle frames and panels with precision using automotive welding equipment and fabrication repair techniques Utilize sanding tools, auto painting methods including airless paint spraying, and automotive body refinishing to achieve a flawless finish Install automotive parts such as auto glass, bumpers, trim pieces, and perform auto restoration projects with attention to detail Apply automotive cosmetic repair techniques to improve vehicle appearance, including sanding, detailing, and auto painting for a polished look Use mechanical knowledge and auto estimating skills to assess damage accurately and determine necessary repairs while providing excellent customer service Assist with heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or collision repair environment Strong skills in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment operation Knowledge of automotive structural repair, sheet metal work, auto restoration, and cosmetic refinishing processes Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, auto painting equipment including airless paint sprayers, and detailing supplies Mechanical aptitude with experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive parts installation Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about repair processes Join us today to bring vehicles back to life through expert craftsmanship!
