Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Auto Body Technician to join our team. This role involves performing basic auto body repairs and assisting with vehicle restoration to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle repair. Responsibilities Assist in the repair and restoration of damaged vehicle bodies under supervision. Perform basic bodywork tasks such as sanding, filling, and priming surfaces. Prepare vehicles for painting by masking and taping areas as needed. Help with the removal and reinstallation of vehicle parts during repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times. Learn to operate basic auto body tools and equipment effectively. Support senior technicians in more complex repair tasks as skills develop. Requirements Entry-level experience or willingness to learn; previous automotive or body shop experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for working with tools and handling vehicle parts. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team. Basic understanding of automotive repair processes is advantageous but not mandatory. Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop skills within the auto body repair industry.
