Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician and bring vehicles back to life with precision, skill, and passion! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality automotive structural repairs, auto body refinishing, and cosmetic enhancements. Your expertise in welding, fabrication, and vehicle repair techniques will ensure every vehicle meets our high standards of safety and aesthetics. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, develop your skills in auto restoration, and contribute to customer satisfaction through exceptional craftsmanship. Duties Disassemble, repair, and reassemble collision-damaged vehicles to OEM specifications Repair body panels and structural components: metal finishing, filler work, sanding, panel alignment Perform frame straightening and structural/welding repairs (where certified) Prep vehicles for refinish: masking, priming, block sanding, and seam sealing Read repair orders and estimates, document work performed, and follow shop production processes Test-fit parts, verify panel gaps and finish quality, and road-test/spot-check final repairs Use and maintain shop equipment (frame racks, welders, measuring systems) per manufacturer guidelines Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe; follow all shop and OSHA safety procedures

Required Skills:

High school diploma or GED 1-3+ years of collision repair experience, OR completion of a post-secondary collision repair program Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean record Solid working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and body shop equipment A detail-first mindset — panel gaps, color match, and finished quality matter to you Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills (a plus, not required) I-CAR certifications (Gold Class, welding, or structural) and/or ASE collision & refinishing certifications (B

• or C-series) OEM certification from manufacturer training programs Experience with insurance/DRP workflows and estimating software (CCC ONE, Alldata) Aluminum repair, ADAS calibration, or scan-tool experience Spray-painting / refinishing experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay — $20
