Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, patient Body Technician specializing in Semi-Trailer repairs. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs on semi-trailers, including collision damage and cosmetic repairs Utilize welding, welding equipment, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques to restore the structural integrity of trailers. (Welding experience preferred but not necessary) Install parts such as panels, nose rails, J-channel, doors, crossmembers, etc. Perform DOT/PM inspections Assist with estimates on work needed Qualifications Proven experience or hands-on work with heavy-duty vehicles like semi-trailers is highly preferred. Strong background in MIG welding, welding repair, fabrication techniques, and structural repair. Mechanical knowledge of trailer systems, repair processes, and trailer parts installation. Experience working as a body technician Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills along with the ability to accurately estimate repairs

Pay:

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
