We're hiring an Auto Body Technician with a strong work ethic and a great attitude. 2+ years of experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who wants to build real skills in collision repair. If you're dependable, motivated, and take pride in learning the trade, we want to talk to you. ⸻ Job Responsibilities Assist with auto body repair and collision repair Remove and replace body panels and components (R&R) Perform panel straightening and basic metal work Learn and assist with welding (MIG) and advanced repairs Work with estimators and senior technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Follow repair procedures and quality standards ⸻ Qualifications 2+ years of auto body or collision repair experience preferred Willingness to learn welding, metal finishing, and repair techniques Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team I-CAR certifications are a plus, not required ⸻ Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Consistent workload On-the-job training and mentorship Modern equipment and tools Clean, organized work environment Long-term growth opportunities ⸻ Why Work at Anastos Collision Center?
