Lakeside Trucks is looking for an experienced Body Shop Painter to prepare and refinish commercial trucks to a high professional standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes. What You'll Do Prepare panels through cleaning, sanding, priming, taping, and masking. Apply single-stage paint and base coat/clear coat finishes. Tint and match colors for a consistent finish. Complete fender repairs and replacements. Replace panels on sleepers and day cabs. Assemble and disassemble truck components for repair and painting. Maintain painting equipment and an organized work area. What We're Looking For Previous professional automotive, commercial-vehicle, or industrial painting experience. Knowledge of primers, single-stage paint, and base coat/clear coat applications. Experience with color tinting, matching, buffing, and finishing. Experience repairing or replacing truck body panels and fenders. Confidence using painting equipment, hand tools, and power tools. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and sound judgment.
