Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body and or Paint Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing auto body repairs, including automotive dent repair and painting, to restore vehicles to their original condition. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of vehicle structures and paint technology, committed to delivering high-quality results efficiently and safely. Duties Conduct auto body repairs, including fixing dents, scratches, and other damages on vehicle exteriors. Perform automotive dent repair with precision to ensure seamless restoration. Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces as needed. Apply paint and finishes using spray guns or other techniques, ensuring color matching and smooth application. Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair procedures in accordance with industry standards. Use specialized tools and equipment to disassemble, reassemble, and repair vehicle panels. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines during all repair processes. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status and expectations. Experience Prior experience in auto body repair is preferred, with a focus on automotive dent repair and painting techniques. Knowledge of paint technology and color matching is highly desirable. Familiarity with auto body repair tools, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
