Our team is known for quality work, clear communication, and treating customers with respect every step of the way. Job Summary We're looking for an Auto Body Estimator who can balance accuracy, communication, and efficiency. This role is both technical and customer-facing. You'll inspect vehicle damage, create repair estimates, and guide customers through the process while working closely with technicians and insurance partners. What You'll Do Inspect vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, timelines, and next steps Work with insurance companies to review and adjust estimates Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair planning Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed Help maintain efficient workflow and support overall shop performance Order parts, check them for accuracy, and file with office What We're Looking For Experience with direct repair programs or network shops will move to the frontline Knowledge of estimating systems (CCC, Mitchell, or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear, confident communication with both customers and insurance partners Ability to manage multiple jobs at once in a fast-paced environment Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work with estimating software (CCC preferred) Experience in auto body estimating or related field Why Join Us? The right candidate can easily exceed the pay range as the shop grows its revenues. $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
