Then, you're fabricating a mobile office for a digital nomad heading to Alaska. Then, you're converting an ice-cream truck to be fully electric. Install everything from external accessories like roof racks, ladders, lights, winches, suspension systems
  • or solar systems and lithium batteries, through to custom cabinetry and electrical systems. Cut body panels for windows and vents. Diagnose and repair complex 12V and 110V systems. Every build is a puzzle

Who We Need This is a full-time career opportunity, not a side gig. We invest heavily in our team through training, equipment, and growth opportunities.
We need someone who:
Has 1+ years experience with carpentry, electrical, or automotive work Can operate shop tools confidently (table saw, drill press, grinders, etc.) Reads technical drawings and installation instructions like a pro Thrives on problem-solving and attention to detail Wants to build a long-term career with a growing company Bonus points for: CNC experience, vehicle maintenance knowledge, LEAN manufacturing background Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay: $25-35/hour package, dependent on experience Full benefits: Health, dental, vision + PTO Employee discounts on builds and gear Growth opportunities as we expand Shop access for personal projects (with approval) Work with a team that actually cares about quality and craftsmanship Ready to Build Something Amazing?
