Job Description

Employee friendly property management company is seeking a part-time maintenance tech in the Denver Metro Area. Looking for someone that is experienced and self-directed. This job will be as needed as things break or need renovation at our apartments and houses in the Denver Metro Area.

Ideal Candidate:

Self-starter High integrity and reliability Ability to consistently respond to calls in timely manner Flexibility to work on demand when necessary Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electric, HVAC, multifamily property management, sprinklers, painting, etc. a plus Has own tools We look forward to hearing from you!
