POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience installing aftermarket automotive accessories Experience installing lift kits, truck caps, bed covers, and other aftermarket accessories Must have suspension work experience Electrical installation and troubleshooting experience required Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow installation instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable and dependable What You'll Do Install aftermarket automotive accessories and parts according to manufacturer specifications Perform installations such as running boards, steps, trailer hitches, lighting, roof racks, accessories, and other vehicle enhancements Properly use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other shop equipment Read and follow installation instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation Inspect installations to ensure proper fit, function, and appearance Diagnose and resolve basic installation issues Protect customer vehicles from damage during the installation process
