We're looking for our first Lead Installation Technician. This isn't just another installation job. It's measured by: Homeowners who are genuinely excited after the installation Builders who trust us with every home they build Beautiful workmanship that we're proud to put our name on Systems that simply work without unnecessary complexity Attention to details most companies overlook What We're Looking For Residential AV installation experience Strong networking and WiFi knowledge Experience with distributed audio, television installations, structured wiring, and home networking Ability to read construction plans and communicate with trade partners Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong organizational habits Pride in craftsmanship Positive attitude and professional appearance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Bonus experience includes: Eero or Araknis networking Architectural speaker systems Rack building and cable management Light programming and system commissioning A Long-Term Opportunity We're not looking to hire someone for a year.
