Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Truck Accessories Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing truck accessories, performing basic vehicle electrical work, and assisting with spray-in bedliner applications while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. Our technicians take pride in doing the job right the first time. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and producing high-quality installations on every vehicle that enters our shop.
Responsibilities Install truck accessories including:
Running boards Bed covers Toolboxes Grille guards Floor liners Mud flaps Gooseneck hitches Trailer hitches Ladder racks Roof racks Other aftermarket accessories Perform basic 12-volt electrical installations including: Auxiliary lighting Light bars Switches and relays Trailer wiring Basic wiring diagnostics Assist with spray-in bedliner preparation and application. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Inspect vehicles before and after installation. Communicate installation concerns with management. Follow manufacturer installation procedures and shop standards. Ensure every installation meets our quality expectations. Follow directions from shop manager for duties assigned. Assist other technicians as needed.
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of automotive or truck accessory installation experience Mechanical aptitude Experience using hand and power tools Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems Ability to read installation instructions Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 75 pounds Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
