Pay Range:

Job Duties:

A Day in the

Life Install:

electronics, audio/video, networking, control, and related systems according to specifications, wiring diagrams, and installation standards

Troubleshoot:

equipment and system issues, test functionality, and provide effective solutions to ensure products perform as intended

Coordinate:

installation schedules with customers, contractors, and internal teams to complete projects accurately and on time

Educate:

customers on product features, operation, and system capabilities to enhance their overall experience

Maintain:

accurate service documentation, manage parts inventory, and support warranty and repair processes as needed

Support:

Qualifications:

Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 2 years customer contact experience required. 2 years wiring experience preferred 1 year experience in electronics service or repair CEDIA or other industry recognized certifications preferred but not required Knowledge of home theater, surveillance system, phone and home network systems. Basic construction power tool and carpentry skills preferred Knowledge & skill in: Cable/wire types, applications Identifying audio devices and components, and their interconnections Construction/structural techniques/requirements/issues Device placement Proper cable installation, and dressing Ventilation and space requirements Proper equipment layout and mounting techniques Following directions accurately Using clear, concise communications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.

Lift test required:

ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department. Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs. Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
