We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing clean ,professional work, is dependable, communicates well, and works well as part of a team. This position involves both installation work and helping our front sales team make sure customers receive the right products and understand the work being performed on their vehicles. Applicants must:

Be able to properly solder and heat-shrink electrical connections Understand proper wiring and 12V installation practices Route and secure wiring neatly and professionally Protect customers' vehicles while performing installations Diagnose and troubleshoot installation or electrical issues Pay close attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized work area Take pride in the appearance and quality of finished work Customer Service & Sales Support This is not a position where you will only work in the installation area. Our Installers also work closely with our sales team and customers. You must be willing and able to: Help the sales team upfront when determining what is needed for an installation Communicated with the sales team about each job you will be installing Help make sure the correct products, parts and labor are included before a job begins Answer customer questions about products and installations Explain how installed equipment works when needed Communicate professionally with customers Work well with the sales staff and other installers Previous professional 12V installation experience is strongly needed.
