At Bay View Shade & Blind, our Installation Experience Specialists work in beautiful homes and businesses, installing high-end, custom window treatments and working directly with our customers. The work is hands-on and requires technical skill, but it also requires professionalism, attention to detail, good communication, and pride in how you represent yourself. We're looking for people who take pride in their work and want to build a career—not just work another job. You don't need window treatment experience. We'll teach you the technical side. What we're looking for is someone who is dependable, polished, personable, mechanically curious, and takes pride in doing things right. What You'll Do Install custom window treatments in high-end residential and commercial environments Learn and use hand and power tools to complete precise installations Measure, level, align, and finish products to a high standard Work directly with customers and communicate professionally throughout the installation Solve problems and make good decisions when things don't go exactly as planned Respect the customer's home, belongings, and space Keep your work area clean and leave every project looking finished and professional Work with our Sales, Design, Production, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys working with their hands and learning how things operate Takes pride in quality and craftsmanship Is comfortable interacting with customers and building relationships Presents themselves professionally and understands the importance of first impressions Is dependable, organized, and takes ownership of their work Pays attention to details others might overlook Can think independently and solve problems Is willing to learn and continually improve Has a valid driver's license and insurable driving record Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work on ladders Experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, installation, cabinetry, or another hands-on field is a plus—but it's not required. We can teach the technical skills. Character, professionalism, work ethic, and a desire to learn are harder to teach. Why BVSB?
