Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Auto Glass Installer

• Pay will depend on experience $19 hour
• $24 hour Temp to Perm
• Hours 40 hours per week.

Duties Remove old or damaged auto glass using manual tools and proper safety procedures Install new automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear glass, ensuring perfect fitment Conduct auto glass repairs for chips and cracks when applicable, restoring vehicle integrity Handle glass materials carefully during transportation, storage, and installation to prevent damage Use power tools and hand tools skillfully for fitting, cutting, and securing glass components Maintain a clean work environment by detailing completed installations and performing light vehicle detailing when required Support auto estimating processes by assessing damage and providing accurate job assessments Skills 2-3 years of Proven Auto Glass experience or background in automotive glass installation is required Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to handle manual glass cutting and fitting techniques Familiarity with Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration procedures after windshield replacement Expertise in automotive glass repair, replacement, and handling various glass materials safely Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques for precise installations Must be able to pass a drug test #IND1
