Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and possess the technical skills necessary to apply window tinting films to vehicles effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of auto glass, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with hand tools. As a Window Tinter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing vehicle appearance while ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Apply window tinting films to various types of vehicles with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during the tinting process. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after tint application to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to estimate project timelines and materials needed for each job. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in the installation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) as required. Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling large sheets of film or equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques related to window tinting and auto glass. Requirements Proven experience in window tinting, preferably in an automotive setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to auto glass installations. Familiarity with ADAS technology is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and equipment relevant to window tinting tasks. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during the installation process. Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous but not required. A valid driver's license is preferred.
