Home Team Turnover Services specializes in short-term rental (STR) properties. Our primary focus is helping vacation rental owners keep their properties guest-ready through professional cleaning and turnover services. Here's a little more about the position:

Position:

Part-time W-2 employee with the opportunity to become full-time as we continue to grow.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour, paid every two weeks. I'm currently looking for someone to primarily cover our Baldwin County properties. At the moment, we service: 1 property in Daphne 2 properties in Fort Morgan 1 property in Orange Beach We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work. Most turnovers have a 4-5 hour window, so strong time management is essential.

A typical turnover includes:

Stripping and making beds Laundry Washing dishes Cleaning and sanitizing the entire home Ensuring the property is completely guest-ready before leaving We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. You'll need reliable transportation and a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos (iPhone or Android), as documenting completed work is an important part of the job.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
