Negotiable - Hourly/Commission Job Summary OnSite Fleet and Auto Care is hiring an experienced Mobile Fleet Glass Technician to service commercial fleet vehicles throughout the Phoenix market. This is a mobile position for a dependable professional who can complete quality automotive glass work efficiently, communicate well with customers, and manage a daily service route with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience replacing and repairing automotive glass and takes pride in completing clean, safe, and professional installations. Responsibilities Travel to fleet yards, customer facilities, and other job sites throughout the metro area Repair and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, and other automotive glass Service cars, vans, pickup trucks, and commercial fleet vehicles Inspect vehicles and confirm the correct glass, moldings, adhesives, and related materials before beginning work Remove damaged glass and prepare installation surfaces correctly Follow proper adhesive, curing-time, and vehicle-safety procedures Protect customer vehicles and maintain a clean work area Document completed work accurately, including photos and service details Communicate professionally with fleet managers, dispatchers, and customers Maintain assigned tools, equipment, inventory, and service vehicle Notify management promptly of damaged parts, installation concerns, or scheduling issues Follow all company and workplace safety standards Qualifications Professional automotive glass installation experience required Demonstrated ability to complete windshield and other vehicle-glass replacements independently Working knowledge of urethane systems, primers, moldings, clips, and safe installation practices Ability to identify installation issues and determine the proper repair approach Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a mobile environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift and maneuver automotive glass and perform physical work outdoors Smartphone proficiency for receiving assignments, uploading photos, and documenting completed jobs Experience working with commercial fleets is preferred ADAS calibration knowledge or certification is a plus Compensation and Benefits Commission / piece-rate compensation or Hourly Earning potential based on completed work Company-provided service vehicle Fuel card, tools, and equipment Paid time off and holidays Biweekly pay Consistent fleet work within one metro service area Opportunity for long-term growth Schedule Monday - Saturday Local travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area Apply Please submit your resume or a summary of your automotive glass experience.
