Experienced Automotive Window Tinter Auto Trim Plus Graphic Sign & Design — Prescott, AZ Full-time / Experienced Position Auto Trim Plus is looking for an experienced automotive window tinter to join our Prescott, Arizona shop. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on tint installation experience and can produce clean, professional work. This position is for a dependable installer who takes pride in quality, understands shop flow, and wants to grow with a company that offers window tint, wraps, graphics, signage, and other automotive/business branding services.

Responsibilities include:

Installing automotive window tint on customer vehicles Prepping and cleaning glass properly before installation Cutting, shrinking, and applying film with professional results Maintaining a clean and organized work area Handling customer vehicles with care and respect Helping maintain quality control and shop standards Communicating clearly with the team about job progress and issues Qualified candidates should have: Previous automotive window tint installation experience Ability to complete clean installs with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Good communication skills A professional attitude with customers and coworkers Willingness to learn our shop standards and grow with the company Preferred but not required: Experience with ceramic film Experience with paint protection film, vinyl wraps, graphics, or detailing Ability to help train entry-level apprentices over time Interest in growing into a lead installer role

Relocation:

Applicants outside the Prescott area are welcome to apply. This is an in-person shop position in Prescott, AZ. Relocation assistance is not currently provided, so applicants must be able to relocate or reliably commute at their own expense.

Pay:

Pay depends on experience, skill level, reliability, and quality of work. Opportunities for wage growth are available as skill, production, responsibility, and value to the shop increase. Commision options available to high volume capable applicants. This is not a quick "easy money" job. This is a trade. We are looking for someone who takes pride in the craft, wants steady work, and is interested in growing with Auto Trim Plus long term.
