We work on everything from daily drivers to classic cars, RVs, and semi-trucks, and we're growing our mobile service to meet customers wherever they are. Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Senior Auto Glass Technician to join our team. This role is for a technician with at least 10 years of hands-on experience who is comfortable handling a wide range of vehicles — including classic cars, RVs, and semi-trucks — and who has experience performing ADAS recalibrations. You'll split your time between our shop and mobile service calls at customer locations. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and replace windshields, sunroofs, side glass, and rear glass on all vehicle types, including classic cars, RVs, and semi-trucks Perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) recalibrations following OEM specifications Travel to customer locations to complete mobile glass repairs and replacements Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document condition before starting work Maintain accurate records of parts used, materials, and job details Follow safety protocols and industry standards (AGSC/AGRSS guidelines) Provide excellent customer service and represent Glass Doctor professionally on every job Keep your service vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition Mentor and train junior technicians as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of hands-on auto glass repair and replacement experience Proven experience working on classic cars, RVs, and semi-trucks in addition to standard vehicles Hands-on experience performing ADAS recalibrations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied outdoor conditions What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $30-$40/hour, based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided tools Company vehicle for mobile service jobs 401(k) retirement plan A supportive, experienced team environment How to Apply Call or text: 602-581-7007
