Tempe off University/101. We are seeking a motivated, positive, skilled, detail-oriented Window Tinter for our new location for ProView Luxury Tint - our sister company is ProView Auto Glass & Tint. We are a high rated shop that runs our business with integrity, has a tight crew, works hard and has fun. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying ceramic tint film to full vehicles. We are a high rated shop, so we need someone that knows what they're doing, brings a positive moral to the team, doesn't fold under pressure or up sells that businesses often have, and can overall be a leader. We don't cut corners, we do great work, and care about our customers. We are a family owned business that works hard, is highly motivated but enjoys having a good time too. Casual environment, M-F hours. We pay well if you are a skilled tinter with experience, and this role has a ton of growth opportunity. We take care of our team. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of debris before tint application Install window tint films on vehicle windows with careful attention to detail, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections Qualifications Must be skilled at tinting. Must have experience with ceramic and PPF Must be a team player and be positive. Must able to drive a vehicle carefully. Occasional interactions with customers. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Must have experience with plotters, hand cutting.

Pay:

$200.00 - $300.00 per day
