Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and privacy of our customers' cars. Your expertise will contribute to delivering a superior customer experience by ensuring precise, professional, and durable tinting work. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and vehicle maintenance to grow their skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting for any damage prior to tint application Measure and cut tint films accurately to fit various vehicle windows using hand tools and power tools Apply window tint films smoothly and evenly, ensuring no bubbles or creases for a flawless finish Use specialized equipment to heat, trim, and secure the tint film onto vehicle glass with precision Assist with vehicle detailing, auto body repairs, and minor auto glass installations as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols during all procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining tinting options and ensuring customer satisfaction with finished work Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation is a plus Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto body repair, or vehicle detailing is desirable Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and familiarity with hand tools and power tools required Experience in auto estimating or vehicle assembly is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or auto body tasks Strong mechanical aptitude combined with automotive repair or mechanic experience will set candidates apart Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in automotive customization while working in a lively environment that values quality craftsmanship.
