REQUIRED SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED JOB DUTIES

Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services. Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner. (Not looking for SHY candidates) Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers. Strong verbal communication in Spanish and English. Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision. Looking for someone with a curious attitude who finds the answer to customer questions versus saying "I'm not sure" Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. Ability to preform well in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to preform cleaning duties and other tasks without being repeatedly told and supervised.
