Best X Termite & Pest Control is hiring a hands-on repair technician to repair termite and fungus damage, complete rodent exclusion work, and assist with termite treatments. You'll tackle different projects, solve practical problems, and see the results of your work every day. We're looking for someone dependable who brings construction skills, pays attention to the details, and wants to keep learning. Construction knowledge and the ability to perform common wood rot repairs are mandatory. A relevant pest control license is preferred, but not required to apply. What You'll Do

• Remove and replace wood damaged by termites, fungus, and rot.
• Repair fascia, trim, siding, eaves, and other wood components.
• Locate and seal rodent entry points.
• Assist with termite treatments as qualified and trained.
• Read repair scopes, plan your work, and complete quality repairs.
• Keep job sites clean and treat customers' homes with care.
• Safely use tools and maintain company equipment. What You Bring
• Required: Construction knowledge and hands-on experience performing common wood rot repairs.
• Ability to measure, cut, fit, and install materials correctly.
• Confidence using hand and power tools.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with the team.
• Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, outdoors, and on ladders.
• A valid driver's license and a driving record suitable for a company vehicle.

Preferred:

A relevant pest control license and experience with WDO repairs, rodent exclusion, or termite treatments. What We Offer
