What you'll do Execute high-quality window tinting services, ensuring customer satisfaction with every installation. Lead and mentor a small team of technicians, providing training on best practices in window tinting Collaborate with dealership partners to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after service to guarantee quality standards are met. Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring all necessary supplies are on hand for efficient operations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to professionalism. Basic qualifications Proven experience in window tinting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks. Preferred qualifications Previous dealership experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with auto estimating processes to provide accurate service quotes. Experience in auto detailing is a plus.
