Experienced Auto Glass Technician / Lead Technician We are looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician / Lead Technician to help build and grow a new auto glass operation in San Diego. This is a hands-on role performing both in-shop and mobile auto glass service. As one of our first team members, you'll help establish service standards, take care of customers, support daily operations, and contribute to the growth of the business. What You'll Do Perform windshield replacements, auto glass repairs, and chip repairs in the shop and at customer locations Perform ADAS calibrations and ensure required procedures are completed accurately Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards Inspect vehicles and verify work is completed correctly before delivery Communicate professionally with customers and explain repairs when needed Safely operate and maintain a company service vehicle for mobile appointments Maintain tools, equipment, glass, parts, and an organized work area Assist with inventory and other day-to-day operational needs Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing startup environment Help identify and develop relationships with potential fleet, dealership, body shop, insurance, and commercial accounts Help train and support additional technicians as the team expands What We're Looking For Professional auto glass installation experience ADAS calibration experience required Strong knowledge of windshield removal, preparation, urethane application, and installation procedures Experience performing both shop-based and mobile auto glass work Understanding of safe drive-away times and proper installation practices Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use industry tools safely Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a startup environment where everyone helps where needed What You Can Expect We are building a customer-focused auto glass business centered on quality workmanship, professionalism, accountability, and doing the job right the first time. Pay:

$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
