WHAT YOU'LL DO
Precision Film Application:
Measure, cut, plot, heat-form, and seamlessly apply high-grade window films (including advanced ceramic films) on a wide range of standard and luxury vehicles.
Surface Preparation:
Deep-clean and mask vehicle glass to ensure an immaculate, 100% bubble-free, and dust-free finish. Master the
Assist with light auto glass repair/replacement, post-tint quality inspections, and overall vehicle presentation standards.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough post-installation checks to guarantee absolute perfection before customer delivery.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
Hands-on experience in automotive window tinting, auto glass replacement, or dealership service required. Bonus Skills (Huge Plus): Prior experience or skills in Paint Protection Film (PPF) or Vinyl Vehicle Wraps is a major advantage !
Tool Proficiency:
Skilled with hand and power tools with a strong mechanical aptitude for glass handling. Eye for
Detail:
Exceptional standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and clean execution.
Modern Tech Awareness:
Basic understanding of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) considerations during glass and tint work is a plus.
Location:
Must be reliable and able to work in-person at our San Diego shops.
