This position is for an installer who can confidently perform professional-quality installations with minimal supervision and understands the precision, patience, and attention to detail required in automotive film installation. This is an experienced position. Applicants must have previous hands-on professional experience installing window tint and/or PPF to be considered for an interview. Training is not provided for beginners or applicants with no professional installation experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities Window Tint Installation Professionally install automotive window tint on various makes and models. Perform clean, precise installations with minimal dust, debris, bubbling, creasing, or contamination. Properly prepare and clean glass before installation. Accurately shrink and shape film to vehicle windows. Safely remove existing window tint when required. Maintain clean edges and professional finishes. Follow manufacturer and shop installation procedures. PPF Installation Install Paint Protection Film on a variety of vehicles and body panels. Install full-front, partial-front, and full-vehicle PPF packages. Properly prepare, clean, and inspect surfaces before installation. Stretch, position, and conform film accurately around curves, edges, and complex body lines. Minimize lifting, contamination, wrinkles, fingers, and visible installation marks. Perform necessary trimming and finishing while protecting the vehicle's paint. Identify potential installation issues and correct them professionally. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the installation process. Required Experience & Qualifications Professional hands-on experience with automotive window tint installation is required. Professional hands-on experience with PPF installation is strongly preferred/required for PPF-focused work. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous professional installation experience. Ability to work independently and complete installations efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of proper film handling, shrinking, stretching, positioning, and finishing techniques. Comfortable working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Ability to safely use professional installation tools and equipment. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional work environment. Ability to follow shop procedures and meet installation deadlines.
