This is not your typical detailing job. Elite Detailing is looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Detail Technician to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance. No years of detailing experience required. We provide paid training. What matters most is having a strong work ethic, being dependable, paying attention to detail, and being willing to learn. This is a mobile, customer-facing position. You will travel to customers' homes, workplaces, and other locations to provide professional auto detailing services.

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Vacuum, shampoo, clean, and protect vehicle interiors Wash and detail vehicle exteriors Work directly with customers at their home or workplace Explain our detailing services professionally Recommend additional services when appropriate Take before-and-after photos Provide customers with updates during appointments Keep detailing equipment and supplies clean and organized Deliver high-quality results without constant supervision

Pay & Earning Potential:

$22-$32+ per hour earning potential Performance and commission-based compensation Tips Weekly and monthly performance bonuses Sales and service upgrade bonuses Opportunities to earn more as you gain experience Top-performing technicians can receive priority for higher-value services such as ceramic coatings, paint correction, headlight restoration, and other premium appointments.

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time opportunities Approximately 20-40 hours per week Flexible scheduling Morning and afternoon appointments Additional hours may be available during busy periods Mobile/on-the-road position
