In this role, you will be responsible for expertly applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing their appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Responsibilities Professionally apply window tint films to a wide range of vehicle windows using manual and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking areas to ensure clean, precise installations. Measure and cut tint films accurately using manual glass cutting techniques to fit specific vehicle windows. Assist with auto glass replacement, repair, and installation tasks as needed, including handling automotive glass materials safely. Operate company vehicles for on-site service calls and transport vehicles between locations efficiently. Perform vehicle detailing and minor auto body repairs to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all hand tools and power tools are properly stored and maintained for safety and efficiency. Skills Proven experience in auto glass installation, window tinting, or automotive repair with dealership or professional tinting backgrounds preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and glass handling techniques. Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and using hand tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration related to auto glass replacements is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely while maintaining attention to detail during delicate installations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about services performed. Knowledge of automotive glass materials handling, auto estimating processes, heavy lifting techniques, and company vehicle operation.
