Precision Auto Wraps is hiring a Vehicle Wrap Installer. And we're not looking for someone who simply knows how to make vinyl stick. We're looking for a craftsperson . Someone who can look at a vehicle, think through the install before touching it, recognize the difficult areas, protect the paint, make smart decisions, and care about the details that most people will never notice. Because around here, those details matter. We're looking for an experienced installer with at least 2+ years of professional vehicle-wrap experience who can confidently handle commercial wraps, color changes, complex curves and recesses, bumpers, mirrors, roofs, trim, trucks, vans, box trucks and other specialty projects. What matters to us Quality comes first. We would rather an installer take a little longer and deliver an exceptional vehicle than rush a job out the door with avoidable imperfections.

That means caring about:

Clean edges and trim lines Proper stretching and vinyl management Proper post-heating Recesses and complex body lines Seam placement Disassembly when appropriate Protecting paint and vehicle components Cleanliness and organization Final quality control And if something isn't right? We fix it. The person we're looking for Technical ability matters—a lot. But character matters just as much.

Experienced and confident without having an ego Reliable and punctual Highly detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Mechanically inclined A thoughtful problem solver Clean and organized Respectful of customer vehicles Comfortable interacting with customers Willing to take feedback and improve Someone who takes ownership when something goes wrong We're looking for someone who can hear: "That looks good, but we can make it better." …and respond by looking at the work objectively instead of becoming defensive. We don't expect perfection. We do expect ownership . Experience We're ideally looking for someone with 2+ years of professional vehicle-wrap installation experience. Experience with commercial wraps and color-change vehicles is important. Certifications such as 3M or Avery are a plus, but we're much more interested in the quality of your actual work than the certificates hanging on the wall. Applicants should be prepared to show photos or videos of previous installations. This is more than just wrapping vehicles You'll also need to be comfortable with things like: Vehicle inspection and preparation Removing and reinstalling trim/components when appropriate Window perforation Cut vinyl and lettering Wall graphics Fleet installations Off-site installations Specialty vehicles and projects You'll also occasionally interact directly with customers, so being friendly, respectful and professional matters. Where this can go This position can be part-time or full-time depending on the person. Compensation is job-based and will reflect experience and capability.
