Driver's License Full Job Description Job Title:
Window Tinter Reports to: Territory Manager Nature of work: Installs window tint film on customer and dealership vehicles using quality products and techniques for the best, long-lasting results Remains in constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards Chooses the right tools and equipment necessary to complete the job Uses shop software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual job Utilizes a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and trims film by hand when necessary Performs work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standards Helps keep the shop work area clean and orderly
Pay Range:
$1000/$2000 per week depending on volume tinter can produce
Typical Duties:
Helps maintain a safe and organized workspace Communicates with Service Advisors and Technicians to facilitate auto-placement Communicates with Service Advisor regarding services, repairs, and estimates for time completion Performs vehicle drop-off inspection, recommends maintenance & documents existing damages Identifies, manages, and orders department products & equipment Facilitates and conducts all department duties Performs other duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrates extreme attention to detail Ability to analyze written and verbal instructions Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner Ability to manage, train and support other personnel Ability to handle high-stress situations
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSE / OTHER REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Candidates must have a valid driving license and a clean driving record
