In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with auto glass and automotive repair, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in vehicle customization and glass installation, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for tinting by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting for existing damage or defects. Measure, cut, and fit tinting film precisely to match vehicle specifications using manual glass cutting techniques. Apply window tint film smoothly and securely, ensuring bubble-free results and clean edges. Operate power tools safely during installation processes, including squeegees, heat guns, and cutting devices. Assist with auto glass replacement, automotive glass repair, and fitting glass installations as needed. Handle glass materials carefully during transportation, storage, and installation to prevent damage. Maintain detailed records of work performed, including vehicle details and tinting specifications, ensuring quality standards are met consistently. Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred. Hands-on experience with automotive glass installation, repair, or auto body work is advantageous. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration procedures is a plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for precise work. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating processes is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during glass handling or equipment setup. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about services performed.
