In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality window tint films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and removing existing tint or adhesives as needed using manual glass cutting tools and specialized cleaning agents. Measure and cut tint films accurately to fit various vehicle windows, ensuring precise fitment for a seamless appearance. Apply window tint films meticulously, using squeegees, heat guns, and other hand tools to eliminate bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections. Operate power tools safely during installation processes, including trimming, cutting, and fitting glass components. Assist with automotive glass replacement and repair tasks when required, supporting overall vehicle maintenance and repair operations. Handle glass materials with care during installation or removal to prevent damage or injury, adhering to safety protocols such as power tool safety procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining tint options, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the finished product. Qualifications Prior dealership experience or automotive customization background highly preferred. Knowledge of automotive glass repair, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance is a strong asset. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) considerations related to window tinting is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for precise glass fitting and installation tasks. Ability to lift heavy materials safely during glass handling or vehicle servicing; physical stamina for long periods of standing or manual work. Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills in glass installation and window tinting procedures.
