Top Tier Tints & Auto Glass is expanding our auto glass department and looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician who can independently perform professional automotive glass replacements. This is not a trainee position. Professional auto glass installation experience is required. This is a full-time, in-house position at our Lake in the Hills shop . You'll work primarily on auto glass installations and repairs in a clean shop environment — not driving a mobile route all day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants the opportunity to help us build and grow our auto glass department. What You'll Do Remove and replace windshields Replace door glass, quarter glass, back glass and other automotive glass Perform windshield chip repairs Properly identify glass options and vehicle features Recognize vehicles requiring ADAS calibration Inspect vehicles before and after installation Maintain clean, professional workmanship Help order glass and installation materials Communicate with customers regarding their vehicles and repairs Help us develop and grow our auto glass operation Our business phone is shared between team members. You may occasionally assist with glass-related customer calls or quotes, but your primary role is performing auto glass work. Requirements Minimum 3 years professional auto glass installation experience

REQUIRED

Must be able to independently complete windshield replacements Experience replacing door glass, back glass and quarter glass Strong knowledge of proper removal and installation procedures Comfortable performing windshield chip repairs Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Valid driver's license ADAS/calibration experience is a major plus. Window tint experience is also a plus, but not required. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM 40 hours per week No regular weekend schedule. Pay $28-$30 per hour , depending on experience and capabilities.
