Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Auto Glass Technician, where you will play a vital role in restoring vehicle safety and aesthetics through expert glass installation and repair. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilizing your mechanical skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for replacing, repairing, and maintaining auto glass components while ensuring all work meets safety standards and customer expectations. Duties Remove damaged or broken auto glass using hand tools, power tools, and specialized glass removal equipment Install new auto glass accurately, ensuring proper fitment and sealing to prevent leaks and wind noise Conduct detailing and cleaning of vehicles post-installation to ensure a pristine finish and customer satisfaction Experience Prior dealership experience or background working with auto body shops highly preferred Must have driver licenses Hands-on experience with auto glass installation, repair, and removal techniques Strong understanding of automotive safety standards and attention to detail in all tasks Join us to be part of a team dedicated to quality craftsmanship, safety excellence, and outstanding customer service.
