"EXPERIENCED" Auto Glass Technician - Immediate Hire We are a family-owned and operated auto glass company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our team. Position Overview:

You'll be responsible for installing and replacing windshields and other automotive glass on a variety of vehicles. The right candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, interacts professionally with customers, and works with integrity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace windshields and other auto glass components. Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in auto glass installation required. Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
