Responsibilities Handle automotive glass materials safely during installation, repair, or replacement processes Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fit glass securely and accurately Perform heavy lifting when handling large or heavy automotive glass components Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional repair needs such as auto body damage or mechanical issues Maintain cleanliness and detailing of vehicles post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction Follow safety protocols related to power tool use, glass handling, and vehicle maintenance Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing client questions professionally Requirements Prior experience in automotive window tint Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and heavy lifting techniques Ability to handle glass materials efficiently while maintaining safety standards Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Basic understanding of auto glass materials handling, assembly, and fitting techniques Vinyl and PPF experience is not required but a bonus.
