Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass with precision and care. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with dealership operations, ADAS calibration. The technician will ensure all work meets safety standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Remove and replace automotive glass using appropriate tools and techniques Calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) following installations or repairs. (not required but a plus!) Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical or structural issues related to glass installation Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for precise glass installation and assembly Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks including minor repairs and detailing Ensure proper handling and heavy lifting of glass components to prevent damage or injury Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Provide accurate auto estimating for repair or replacement services when required Skills Proven dealership experience in automotive glass installation or repair Knowledge of ADAS systems calibration and auto body repair processes Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, auto glass, and automotive repair principles Experience with window tinting, auto estimating, and vehicle detailing is a plus Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and diagnostics Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work on vehicles in various positions Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
